What We Build

One contractor, start to finish.

Phase One is a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC1541568) based in Jupiter, building across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. Because we self-perform demolition, we carry the job from existing conditions through the new work: one contract, one schedule, and an owner on the job.

Commercial Renovations

Interior build-outs, finish upgrades, ceiling and MEP reworks in offices, retail, and business parks.

Tenant Improvements

Turnkey suites for landlords and tenants — demo, framing, drywall, MEP coordination, finishes, and CO.

Additions

Residential and commercial additions, including permitting and historic-district reviews.

Healthcare Renovations

Work inside operating hospitals and medical offices under ICRA and interim life safety.

Demo-to-Build Packages

Selective or full demolition followed by the new work, so the hand-off between trades never stalls the job.

Ground-Up Construction

New commercial buildings, homes, and outbuildings, from site work and slab through final inspection and CO.

How We Work

Clear numbers. Tight schedules.

01

Walk & Scope

An owner walks the site with you and pins down what's in, what's out, and what's unknown.

02

Price It Openly

Itemized estimates with clear inclusions, exclusions, and allowances, so you can compare apples to apples.

03

Plan the Schedule

Permits, long-lead items, shutdowns, and phasing are mapped before mobilization, not during it.

04

Build & Close Out

Daily owner presence, documented progress, and a clean turnover with punch list and closeout docs.

Healthcare & Occupied Facilities

Built for buildings that can't shut down.

Our background is healthcare construction. We plan work with facilities and infection prevention, protect patients and staff, and keep the building operating.

  • ✓ICRA risk assessments, Class III / IV containment, negative air, and daily barrier checks
  • ✓Interim life safety measures, fire-watch coordination, and protected egress
  • ✓Phased, after-hours, and weekend work around patient care
  • ✓Utility shutdowns coordinated, scheduled, and documented with facilities
  • ✓Clean, contained demolition in occupied spaces
Infection Control Risk Assessment

Containment matched to the risk, every time.

Construction activity type and patient risk group set the precaution class. We build the containment to match and keep it that way until the space is turned back over.
